IEWS is open to women of Indian and Estonian origins, as well as their friends from any background who support our mission of cultural exchange and empowerment.

To join, simply submit an application for review by the management board. Once approved, you will need to pay a one-time entrance fee of €40 (2025) and an annual membership fee starting from 2026 (set by the board).

As a member, you will have full access to:
✔All community events and general meetings
✔ Mentorship programs and support groups
✔ Exclusive member-only services and discounts -
To maintain an active membership, members are expected to:
✔ Participate in community initiatives and events
✔ Pay annual membership fees on time
✔ Respect and uphold the values and mission of IEWS -
Yes, you can resign voluntarily by submitting a written notice to the management board.

Members who fail to pay fees or violate community standards may be subject to removal. However, they have the right to appeal the decision at a general meeting.

Members have voting rights during general meetings and can also propose new initiatives to help shape the future of IEWS.
