Long before pharmacies, Estonian households relied on what grew just outside the door. This hands-on workshop introduces seven herbs that generations of Estonians have gathered, dried, and used  in tea, in cooking, and in home remedies. Participants will learn to recognise each plant, discover its traditional use, and taste a herbal tea blended from the very herbs discussed.
